Oracle Forms and Reports configuration tracking requires repository tables inside a running Oracle Database.
Once started, you should be able to access the WebLogic Admin Console at http://<YourHostName>:7001/console .
This step links the installed binaries, the RCU database schemas, and creates your WebLogic administration domain. Navigate to the configuration tools directory:
Download the Oracle Forms and Reports 12.2.1.4 distribution.
cd $DOMAIN_HOME/bin ./startWebLogic.sh
Install Oracle JDK 8 (Update 211 or later is generally recommended).
Server 2016 or Server 2019 (64-bit). Windows 10/11 is supported for development environments only.
Practical tip: enable GC logging and analyze with tools (e.g., GCViewer). Prefer G1GC for Java 8 if proven stable in your environment, and tune young/old generation settings per workload.
After installing Oracle Forms and Reports 12.2.1.4, you need to perform some post-installation configuration tasks. install oracle forms reports 12214 with weblogic 12c 122
Run the Forms & Reports installer
./startManagedWebLogic.sh WLS_REPORTS http://localhost:7001
Provide your DBA credentials (Host, Port, Service Name, and SYS password). Select Components: AS Common Schemas (Metadata Services, Audit Services, etc.) Oracle Forms Oracle Reports (If required)
Verify the names of your managed servers ( WLS_FORMS on default port 9001 and WLS_REPORTS on default port 9002). Navigate to the configuration tools directory: Download the
